Arriving in Myrtle Beach from Highway 22 (from Aynor):
Take SC 1 (Carolina Bays Parkway) south to Robert M. Grisson Parkway, continue to Robert M. Grisson Parkway to 21st Avenue. Turn Left onto 21st Avenue and continue until you reach Ocean Blvd. Turn left on North Ocean Blvd. and go about 4 blocks. The two buildings of The Palms Resort will be on your right. Your condo unit is located in the left Palm's Resort building when facing it. The offloading area is right of front of the building. Building is ......with dolies for your convinience. Once offoaded, please park at The Palms Resort parking lot accross the street. Your unit has 2 parking permits. Make sure you have the parking permit visible in the vehicle at all time to avoid any towing fees.
Arriving in Myrtle Beach from the West:
Take 17 by-pass exit heading North. Make a right at 21st Ave. , turn left on N. Ocean Blvd. and go about 4 blocks north. The two buildings of The Palms Resort will be on your right. Your condo unit is located in the left Palm's Resort building when facing it. The offloading area is right of front of the building. Building is ......with dolies for your convinience. Can't say enough about the beautiful condo And it's Owners. Walking through the door for the first time, you can see all the attention to detail in making 53 Steps a very welcoming, warm, inviting and relaxing place to be. They provided "starter" laundry, dishwasher detergents, as well as many other staples in the kitchen drawers and cupboards. The sinks all had touchlesss soap dispensers. There was every dish, pot, pan, utensil you could need. If you forgot your beach chair, no worries, they were there too! We shared the condo with my Daughter's family and we all were very happy with how accommodating and helpful Pepper and Lee were to our unique needs. Thank you for a sharing your wonderful place!

Great Vacation spot
Had a great stay at 53 it was well worth my booking the hosts were amazing and very on point will definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get away and have a relaxing time .Will be rebooking in 2022. Thanks guys it was a great stay highly recommend

Everything was absolutely perfect!! The room was clean, it had everything we needed or wanted, and we couldn’t of asked for a better atmosphere! Our kids had a blast. Everything was it walking distance from us!! We will definitely be scheduling for next year!

Perfect for families!
This condo rental is in a great location with amazing views! My kids loved the pool and hot tub amenities and I loved being able to enjoy the sound and view of the ocean from the balconies. Highlights included seeing dolphins and finding shark teeth. The condo is well equipped and the hosts are responsive and helpful!

Myrtle Beach Perfection!
My husband and I loved everything about our stay! The owners are absolutely wonderful to work with. They respond super quick to everything, checking in and out was efficient and easy, and the price was very reasonable. The location of the condo is great with SO much to do in walking distance, which would be great for families traveling with their kids! Everything in the condo is BEAUTIFULLY updated (which you can clearly see if you look at other condos in the building available for rent)! Having a washer, dryer, and dish washer in the unit is a major plus too! We loved having two balconies, with one off of the master bedroom so we could wake up with the sunrise. I can’t recommend this spot enough or say enough good things!
